All Spash page downloads are in .zip format. The file within the .zip file is called PSViews.dll. Extract PSViews.dll and put it in your Photoshop 7.0 main Directory (usually located in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 7.0).

Note: I've only known for these splash pages to work in Photoshop 7, I do not recommend you trying to use them in any other photoshop program.

If you're unsure these will work with your Photoshop Version, I reccomend you first make a copy of PSViews.dll for backup uses.
