I thought we were ok
I think we're doing well
Though I guess on the surface
Things are hard to tell

I didn’t want to hear it
Its not something I like to see
I hate it when she sheds her tears
I feel the blame on me

Even if I'm not the cause
I feel its all my fault
Sometimes I think it'd be easier
If I robe a vault

Whoever said money doesn’t matter
Was in complete denial
You need it to do everything
With ease it fates a smile

Money can bring fun
But for me its just a pain
Bills can kiss my rear
While I prance within the rain

Why must everything have a price
Even water isn’t free
It must be impossible to unlock the world
If money is the only key.
