I’m running out of ideas
I don’t know what to do
I’ve tried so many things
To get closer to you

But it fails every time
No matter what it was
Don’t you even notice
I don’t do stuff just because?

Sometimes I feel noticed
But most times I feel ignored
This inevitable situation
Has me a little bored

You never come out and say it
I’m already expecting the rejection
That’s why it’s so hard for me
To come up with a confession

You never seem interested
Maybe I hope more than I should
I wonder how you see me
I feel misunderstood

Are you playing a game with me?
Do you already know?
Do you ignore me like that
So I’ll get the hint and go?

Or are you just oblivious?
Do I have to spell it out for you?
I want to tell you so bad
I’m just afraid of what you’ll do

I really hate not knowing
But I don’t want to have regrets
Unfortunately I’m not someone
Who easily forgets
