I know somewhere I learned it
Or I found it along my way
A word and meaning that’s hard to do
But often more difficult to say

Reaching for things out of reach
Setting goals hard to obtain
Knowing once you start you can’t turn back
For things won’t ever be the same

It’s understanding the purpose
To define strength at its best
Although some may be mistaken
Having this wont help you beat the rest

This virtue can and can not be long term
For one moment it’s there then it’s gone
It isn’t set to one category
One cannot define this wrong

For this is not what replaces fear
But something made from fear
Without this thing, cannot be the other
Can its meaning be any more clear?

Define this as you wish
But never let it go
You will soon learn
It gets stronger as you grow.
